Ron has been in public service with the County of Orange for over 10 years and is currently the County Purchasing Agent overseeing the County’s procurement organization consisting of 27 agencies and over 300 Deputy Purchasing Agents from across the County.
Ron began his career with the County in 1995 after graduating from California State University at Fullerton with a degree in Political Science. In addition, Ron is actively involved in the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) and the California Association of Public Purchasing Officers (CAPPO) and sponsors several training events in procurement annually.
Ron enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife, and 2 children. He is an avid golfer and also enjoys traveling and gardening.
